Welcome all to 2016!
First, let me thank all those out there who have viewed the blog - I was very surprised to see the counter roll past 2000 views and I am pretty sure not all of those views are my own (I am not sure "do not track own views" is working). Extra special thanks to those who click on an advert or three while visiting so that I earn a couple of cents :-)

Purpose of this post is to advise that there will be some changes in 2016, which will mostly involve the number of posts going down. The main reason for this is that I have booked an overseas holiday in May and until that holiday is over, my focus with my left over money (after all the bills are paid) is to save so I have spending money for the holiday. With the spare money directed elsewhere, purchases will dry up and so blog posts showing hauls will also dry up.

However, that is not to say there won't be posts - it is cheaper to get Japanese Transformers on release, local die cast purchases will still feature and I am bound to want to import one or two items from the USA from time to time.

Without the madness of new items arriving, it also gives me a chance to go back and focus on some aspects of the collection - such as opening Lego, Transformers and Greenlight.
