Transformers for October and November
With my Youtube channel being known for Hot Wheels and other diecast, new Transformers arrivals are sometimes left behind and not filmed or blogged on arrival. In October, another round of fembots where released in Japan under the Legends line - LG15, Nightbird Shadow (a repaint with a new head from Legends Arcee); LG16, Slipstream (a repaint of Windblade) and LG17 Blackarachnia (a repaint with new parts from Animated Blackarachnia).
November saw the release of another Masterpiece figure in the form of MP-25 Tracks in his Corvette C3 car mode. Incorporates the awesome flying car mode from the original G1 toy and even includes the first official Transformers flight stand to display the car while in flight.
Over the last few months, the "catch-all" line of Transformers Adventures has released a few repaint and new for Japan castings; a larger scale Grimlock based on a heavy remold of the Fall of Cybertron Grimlock and with its release, I really hope it means more larger scale toys are due in the TAV line up since every character being a deluxe or smaller is not working; and a repaint of the 2011 release of Thunderwing called Black Shadow - a release that saw a Hasbro version all the way in 2010.
Rounding out some old arrivals were some new Q-Transformers, little super deformed versions of G1 characters. The often delayed QT-17 Tracks and the Seeker Trio of Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp. Hopefully we soon see Ramjet, Dirge and my favourite seeker Thrust soon.
